« How to stop snoring

Hello - my name is Heather and I am a 30-year-old re-born runner.  I pushed my addiction to running to the side after I had my twin boys.  However, now that even the "new baby" is coming up on her 2nd Birthday - I am having a hard time coming up with the excuses that sound like reasons to not STILL be a little lazy in the mornings!!  I have been deployed for the last couple of months and my love of running has again shown its wonderful, festering head.  After breaking my ankle in May, I am aching to run again.  I have finally been given the go-ahead to start training again slowly.  Of course, the doc wants me to keep a log so I don't push it too much.  SO... lookey what I found!!

The journey back to my blissful running state begins.

Short Term Goal:  Run some 5Ks - not about time, just about completing.

JAN 06:  Rock 'n Roll Arizona - Don't care if I end up walking a quarter of it!
