Welcome Steph! Swiss-Canadian in Taiwan, that's an interesting combination!
What college did you go to? Professional basketball, wow, that's impressive! Good luck in the marathon, just do enough long runs before. The marathon can seem awfully long if you don't prepare with some 2.5 hour + runs in the months leading up to it. |

thanks robert!
i attended Grande Prairie Regional college from 1998-2001. i was bronze medalist at the ACAC championships in 1999. Basketball was my first sport, so i only ran with the x-country for one year... looking back, i should of ran every year.. oh well... as for the marathon, i have a training schedule from my friend who is doing his fist marathon on the 20 th of this month in iceland. it seems good. has quite a few 25-32 km distance runs in the months before... should be ok. my goal is 4 hours... i actually have no idea if that's realistic or not.. we'll see i guess!
