| My name is Ed,i started running at 40 the result of a new years resolution with a friend wewere both in the 250's. We walked a 2 mile route,then slowly we ran parts then we ran the whole thing.We run 3or4 days a week,i am now 45 and run 6 miles ,ran a 5K and a 10K (41 min)and lost almost 50lbs.I enjoy reading about Robert's races and training . | |
