Hello all,
My name is Paul, I have been looking for a good on-line running log and it looks as if I found it. I am a Physician in the Navy and am currently stationed in Europe with my family. I am addicted to the trails and have a couple of ultras under my belt. I am a middle of the pack runner and love to learn all I can about training and running in general. |

I am stationed in Sicily. We have been here for almost 3 years. I am getting out of the Navy and moving over to the Coast Guard. hopefully they are going to send us to Alaska. Anyway talk to ya later.
