| Hey everyone. I have reintroduced myself to running after a 25-year layoff. I ran cross country and track in high school and college, but stopped after I was diagnosed with stage 3 tendonitis. That was 25 years ago. I went on a diet nearly two years ago, lost 70 pounds and began running again last fall. I just finished my second race in as many weeks (5K). I'm sticking to the shorter ones until I get my "racing legs" again. My work schedule forces me to do a lot of treadmill running (which I really don't like) due to darkness. I just started using the running log. It should help me train better. | |

Hi dlayman, hope you find the log useful! I don't like the treadmill either, but it sure beats running in freezing temperatures as the ones we get here in Alberta in Jan/Feb!
All the best, Robert |

| Thanks EDO. I do feel great. I am starting to add on some mileage that I need for a bit stronger base. With my past tendonitis problems, I am taking it real slow. I've finally gotten up to 6+ miles per run. I'm also keeping the weight off (nearly 2 years now) and the running really helps. | |
