Hey! I am new to running, as of this past week. I have been (for 5 whole days now...LOL) following the C25K program on coolrunning.com site along with watching what I eat to lose weight...and compared to all the other times I have tried, so far running has had excellent results!
Other than the C25K, are there any other programs for new runners that may be more beneficial? Thanks! |
