Hey Robert!
My question is, what day of the week do you start on for the running log?? Is each week Mon,Tues,WEd,Thur,Fri,Sat,SUn, or is it
Sun, Mon, Tues, etc., or something else??

It's just that my running schedule is not always consistent. I do not know if the MILES i did on SUnday are added to the week before or the week coming.

Each week starts on a Monday.
