| Hi everybody. My name is Kate and I am 23 and living in Pittsburgh. I also have not run long distances yet. I have been running 15-20 miles per week for about 6 years now and I have not really done anything to improve. So now my plan is to train (SLOWLY) for a half marathon in Erie, PA in September of this year. Wish me luck! | |

Hi, I'm Dr J (no, not the basketball player), I'm a pediatrician who started back running 3 years ago, after 12 years (and 75 pounds) and have lost all 75. I don't like competition, but run in local 5 & 10K's for the t-shirts

Kate, good luck!
Dr. J, I like the t-shirt idea. I'll entertain the idea of entering races and expand my wardrobe once I have more running under my belt. Just started two weeks ago. |
