Hi Everyone!! My name is Rhonda, I live in London, Ontario, Canada and I am soon to be 32. I have just gotten back to running in the past two weeks after several months off. I have found the running log to be an excellent way to keep track of my runs.

I have a 5km run for breast cancer on October 1 and then I'm going to try at 10km resolution run on December 31.
