| I'm a new runner, so I'm thankful that the weather in Maine has made it possible for me to keeping running this winter! The coldest it's been during one of my runs was 9 degrees F. I have a question - do you think it's harder to run when it's that cold? Does the cold make it harder to run? My last couple of runs have just felt more sluggish, and I'm wondering if it's me or the weather or both! | |

| Yes, when the car won't start due to cold weather, I definitely think it's harder to run. You get tired sooner, and you feel more tired after the run. | |

| Yes, that makes sense! I still like running in the cold better than the summer heat. | |
