Hi! My name is Doug I am 51 and have been running for about 12 years now. I live in nothtwest Iowa. I started running when my oldest son was running cross country in high school so I could get around the course to cheer him on. I try to run at least 1 marathon, 1 half marathon, and 2 or 3 5 or 10K runs a year. I also run in the Living History Farms Run every year in Des Moines , Ia. The largest cross country run in the United States. I really like this log and injoy the forms!!!!
