Hi, my name is Robert. I built this free running log for people wanting an easy to use running, that gives you instant statistics and reports.

The running log was built as a personal training tool, just for my friends an myself, but I was asked to make it available to the public, so I did. Hope you find it useful!

Stayed behind McCloy and another runner, and caught up to them at 14 km. The 3 of us were together until 18 km, when the pace picked up a bit. McCloy dropped back and with 1 mile to go, I was by myself. Cold day, only plus 2. Rain before and after the race too. Warmup: 0.6 km Cooldown: 5.4 km

Felt okay, but I think I worked too hard to keep this pace. I would liked to be able feel more relaxed when running at this pace. However, it was raining and windy as well.

Oh my goodness, I was one of the slowest runners - around 64 seconds I think. Had nothing left. 50 min jog in total, before and after races.
